Juliette and Rian from Fin Pottery Tools

Hi!

We're Juliette and Rian, the founders of Fin Pottery Tools®, a family-owned and operated small business on the Southern Gold Coast.

We started our small business in 2023 from our home on the southern Gold Coast in Australia.

I started my ceramics journey in 2018 and have always been drawn to dishes and organic shapes. As a handbuilder, I wanted pottery forms to streamline my workflow but couldn't find high-quality pottery forms in the shapes I was after...  so Rian and I decided to make some ourselves!

We quickly realised other ceramicists were after the same tools, and so Fin Pottery Tools was born.

Rian makes every single form locally, while Juliette handles all the creative aspects, including testing each form. And we've just grown our team to help with packing and production.
